Reset PIN

RESET PIN AT LOGIN

1. After keying in your mobile number, click on "Reset PIN".

2. Key in the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to you.

3. Key in your new 6-Digit PIN.
‍

4. Your new 6-Digit PIN would then be successfully updated.

RESET PIN IN VIEW PROFILE

5. To intentionally reset your 6-Digit PIN, log in to your NCC Hub account and click "View Profile".

6. Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Reset PIN", then continue with steps 1 to 4.
