One-Time Password (OTP)

Here are a few troubleshooting methods you can use if you do not receive your OTP.

1. Ensure that you are using a local mobile number with the prefix +65.

2. Use Google Chrome or Safari browser.

3. Use a desktop or laptop.

4. Use an incognito window.

5. Restart your device and try again a few minutes later.
