Approve/Reject


1. Log in to your NCC Hub account and click on "View Profile".


2. Click on "Family" and you will be able to see the relationship requests that are pending your approval/rejection. Click on the family member’s name to approve/reject the relationship request.


3. Once you have confirmed your family member's request, if you click "Approve", both of your accounts will be tied together as family contacts. An email will be sent to your family member to notify him/her that the relationship request has been approved.


4. If there is an error in the request or you were sent a request wrongly, you may dismiss it by clicking "Reject". An email will be sent to the requester to notify him/her that the relationship request has been rejected.
