ROCK KIDZ CHILDREN'S CLASSES (IN-PERSON)

Eligibility

1. Who can attend the services/classes?

From 1 May 2022, our in-person services are open to the general congregation who are fully vaccinated, have just recovered from Covid-19, or medically ineligible for vaccine in line with current Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.

2. My child is 12 years old, must he/she be vaccinated to attend the Rock Kidz classes?

Our services are subject to the vaccination-differentiated safe management measures (VDS), which require all attendees aged 13 and above to be fully vaccinated. Children aged 12 and below are not subject to the VDS measures. However, if your child is unwell, kindly exercise social responsibility and refrain from attending our classes.

Registration & Booking Groups

1. Do I need an NCC Hub account to register my child with Rock Kidz?  

To register your child with Rock Kidz, you will need to create an NCC Hub account for yourself first. Simply follow the instructions in our NCC Hub guide to create your NCC Hub account. 

 

 
2. I have registered my child with Rock Kidz. Does my spouse need to register my child under his/her NCC Hub account in order to make seat bookings for our family?

Your spouse does not need to register your child again. For your child to appear in your spouse’s NCC Hub account, simply login to your NCC Hub account and add your spouse under your child’s “Emergency Contact”. This will allow your spouse to be able to create a booking group and book seats for the family too.


3. I have an NCC Hub account but I have changed my mobile number. What should I do to update it? 

Please write in to us here. Under the "IT - Request for" field,  select “Request for Update Mobile Number”.


 

4. I used to have an NCC Hub account but it is deactivated. What should I do to reactivate it?

Please write in to us here. Under the "IT - Request for" field, select “Account Reactivation”.

5. My child/ward is not registered with Rock Kidz. What should I do to book a seat for him/her?

If your child/ward is not registered with Rock Kidz, you will need to create an account for him/her prior to booking. Simply follow the instructions in our NCC Hub guide to register your child/ward using your NCC Hub account. Kindly note that it will take approximately an hour for your child/ward's profile to appear in the booking system upon successful registration.

6. Can I edit/update my child/ward's data using my personal NCC Hub account?

Yes, you can edit/updateyour child/ward's details (e.g. emergency contact person) using your NCC Hub account after you have registered your child with Rock Kidz. Simply follow the instructions in our NCC Hub guide to do so.

7. What is a booking group?

A booking group refers to the people whom you would like to book a seat for ourchildren's classes. You are able to book Rock Kidz seats for all the children/wards tagged to your NCC Hub account.

You can create up to three booking groups within the system prior to booking, and select a default booking group to be automatically populated each time you make your seat booking request.

*All seats are subject to availability.

8. Is it necessary for me to create a booking group in advance (i.e. before seat booking opens on Thursday)?

Creating a booking group is required for seat booking. Therefore, you're strongly encouraged to create your booking group in advance to save time while booking your seats on Thursdays.

9. I am bringing some friends and their child to church. How can I book seats for them?

You will need to first ensure that your friends' child is tagged to you in NCC Hub. You can do so via two options:

Option 1: Have one of your friends register his/her child in NCC Hub and include you as the guardian of the child by registering your mobile number

Option 2: If your friend authorises you, you can register as the guardian of his/her child in your NCC Hub account.

Kindly note that it will take approximately an hour for your child/ward's profile to appear in the booking system upon successful registration. After which, you can create a new booking group for you, your friends and their child, and submit a booking request using this booking group.

10. When can I start booking seats?

Booking opens on Thursdays, 12pm to Sundays, 6am. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis. Visit our booking page here.

11. Can I book seats for different services for one Sunday?

Yes you may book seats for different services as long as there are seats available. To do so, you are recommended to create multiple book groups in advance. However, if your child already has a booking, you will not be able to book a seat at Rock Kidz for him/her.

Booking Confirmation

1. How do I know if my seat booking is successful?

After you have submitted your booking request, please tap on “My Booking Status” on the main menu to find out if your booking has been successful. If your booking status is reflected as "Pending", you may wish to check back again later in the day.

You will also receive an email that will notify you if your booking is successful or not. However, the quickest way to check is to go to the "My Booking Status" page.

We seek your understanding that should there be a high demand for our classes, the system may take up to a few hours to process your request.

2. My booking was unsuccessful. Can I walk in on Sundays?

Admission to our Rock Kidz classes is strictly by seat booking. Nonetheless, you can try to walk in to our classes on Sunday to check if there are spaces available due to last minute cancellations. Alternatively, you and your child can also join us at our parents with kids seating areas to attend our English services available at both The Star Performing Arts Centre and Marina Bay Sands Ballrooms.

Changes To Booking

1. My booking request is still pending confirmation. Can I make changes to my booking (e.g. add/remove children or change venue/service)?

If your booking request is pending confirmation, it means that the system is still processing your request. As such, you will not be able to change your booking. If you wish to amend your booking, kindly delete your booking request and submit a fresh booking.

2. My booking request was successful but I have to make last minute changes to my booking. What should I do?

Depending on your situation, you can take the following steps to change your booking request.

Scenario 1: Withdrawals

  • Go to the booking system and tap on "My Booking Status". Then, select "Edit" to release individual seats or cancel the entire booking.

Scenario 2: Add-ons

  • If you intend to book additional seats for our Rock Kidz classes, you may wish to create a new booking group via our booking system to submit a booking request for these individuals.


Scenario 3: Change in venue/service

  • Kindly cancel your seat booking and make a new booking request. Do note that seats are available on a first come, first served basis.

3. Can I transfer my Rock Kidz seat booking to my friend?

We seek your understanding that our Rock Kidz seat booking is non-transferable as it is tagged to the individual child’s account.
