How do I view/track my claim?

You may do so via the link in the acknowledgement SMS that was sent to you when your claim was submitted. Alternatively, you may click here.

What do the different statuses mean?

Processing – we have received your claim, and it is being processed.
Rejected – we have rejected your claim, and your resubmission is required.
Paid – we have already paid out the claim to your bank account.

My status says "Paid", but I did not receive any money in my account. What do I do?

How long will I be able to see my claims in “Track Claim”?

You will be able to see “Paid” claims for one year from the date of submission. “Processing” and “Rejected” claims can be seen until you have taken an appropriate action.

I have changed my mobile number and now I can't view the claims I’ve previously submitted using my old number. What should I do?

How long will it take before I get my money?

It will usually take up to 2 weeks for processing, excluding any delays due to rejections/resubmissions.
