1. Click the ‘Login’ button.
2. Key in your NOAH credentials.
3. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to the mobile number keyed in step 2.
Click the ‘Submit’ button.
1. To add new visitors, click the 'add icon' at the top right.
2. Key in the respective details. If the visitor is 'interested to join the CG', you will need to key in their ‘mobile number’ and ‘date of birth’.
3. If the mobile number does not have a HUB account, you will need to get this visitor to create a HUB account before you can proceed to add him/her to your caregroup.
4. If the mobile number has a HUB account, once you click ‘save’, 'an SMS will be sent to the visitor with a form link' for them to give their consent to join your caregroup. After the visitor has given their consent via the form, he/she will become an NBNC in your group.
